Watery Escape

This is the ancient alicorn that protects the water element and allows mortal ponies to use it by helping the element be gifted to ponies throughout the land. Still she can die and almost was until she dived into the deepest ocean and turned into her preferred form for water based travel. I don't know how it helps but it does apparently. She doesn't feel like revealing her secrets to me.
